Letter 1:

Dear ***,

I’ve been so busy, but I wanted to make time to write you a letter and watch some of my

favourite TV shows. Something tells me you like to watch TV too. Mrs. Claus and I like to watch TV at night time just before bed.

Well, I’ve checked my ‘Nice List' twice already and I see you’ve been a good boy/girl all year. My you’ve gotten big this year! Looks like you’re the big *** year old in the family. Mrs. Claus and I were just talking about you last night and how proud we are of you. We’ve noticed you’ve been being such a good boy/girl*** this year! You should be very proud of yourself.

Can you guess who keeps me looking so good? Yes, Mrs. Claus! In fact, she’s getting ready to cut my hair and trim my beard. It’s important that you take care of yourself no matter how old you are.

I’m excited for you to see what the elves have gotten for you this year. They noticed you loved the toys I brought you last year. It’s nice to know that you’re thankful for what we bring you. That’s what makes you so special.

Guess what? One of the elves just came into my office to let me know the sleigh is almost loaded with all the Christmas gifts. Soon we’ll be heading out to *** to deliver something very special to you and your best friend ***

Well, I’m just about ready for my big trip around the world. It always goes great when Rudolph is the leader of the reindeer. His bright red nose lights the way to each and every home of the good boys and girls. Be sure to keep those big *** eyes closed when I come on Christmas Eve.

Letter 2:

Dear ***,

Christmas is almost here! It sure will be nice to get out of the workshop for a while to see you and some of the other good children. The elves are already looking forward to making toys for next Christmas. They’re hard workers just like you. In fact, they wanted me to tell you how proud they are of you for being such a good boy/girl*** this year. Mrs. Claus and I are very proud of you, too!

It’s been a very busy year here at the North Pole, but I haven’t forgotten about you and your best friend ***. Your gifts are ready and we’ll be loading the sleigh soon. Rudolph told me we should be visiting your home in suburb*** just after midnight.

Christmas is such a wonderful time of the year. I love watching kids open their presents. I noticed you really had a lot of fun with the toys I brought you last year. Wait until you see what I deliver this year. Kids your age just love it!

Wow, it just doesn’t seem possible that you are already ??? this year. I do believe this is one of the best ages a boy/girl*** could be. At your age, it’s very important to always brush your teeth in the morning and before bed.

Rudolph and the rest of the gang are outside playing hide and seek. Can you guess who is always found first? That's right, it’s Rudolph! His nose shines so bright it’s hard for him to stay hidden. We sometimes act like we can’t find him so he feels like he found a good hiding place.

Well, I must be going now. Mrs. Claus and I are heading out for Blitzen’s birthday party. Be sure to count down the days until Christmas. Remember to have those *** eyes closed tightly as you rest your head on your pillow Christmas Eve.

Letter 3:

Dear ***

Hi! It’s Santa writing from the North Pole! I know you’re getting excited for Christmas to arrive. Me too! Looks like I’ll be in ***suburb on Christmas Eve and your house will be the first one I see when I get there.

How are you enjoying being a *** year old? That is such a cool age. Even though it was many years ago, I remember being your age. I sure would love to be a kid again!

I’ve been watching over you this year and I noticed you are being such a good boy/girl***. That’s great! When I was checking my Nice List, I noticed you and your best friend *** were on there. Everyone needs to stay good all year long to be on my Nice List.

The elves in my workshop are very excited about the presents they made for you this year. They said you really liked your toys from last year, so they know you’ll like this year’s presents. Just the look on your face Christmas morning will let them know how much you like your gifts. So don’t forget to smile after opening each present.

Mrs. Claus and I can see the seals outside doing belly flops into a hole they cut out of the ice. They love the water and they’re really good at diving too. We love seeing them fly out of the water and plop down on the ice, belly first.

Well, I must go. But before I do, Mrs. Claus and I wanted to tell you how proud we are of you for being such a good boy/girl*** this year. We also wanted to tell you to be careful not to watch too much TV or it will hurt those *** eyes of yours. Kids your age sure do like to watch a lot of TV.

Tell your family we’ll be arriving real soon. We’re just counting down the days and I’m sure you are too!

Letter 4:

Dear ***,

I wanted to write and share with you all of the wonderful things going on up here at the North Pole. The reindeer have been practicing their flying. Their antlers have been waxed and their harnesses have been polished. Even their bells are nice and shiny. They’ve also been eating plenty of their special reindeer food so they’ll have enough energy to pull my sleigh. It’s a long way to suburb*** from here.

The elves have been busy all year long making toys. Now they’re wrapping and placing them in a giant red bag which will be loaded onto my sleigh. It makes them very proud when my sleigh takes off on Christmas Eve. I’m proud of them and I’m proud of you for being such a good boy/girl*** this year! Keep up the good work.

I see you’ve been a good boy/girl*** this year. Your best friend *** has been good, too. Mrs. Claus and I would like to give you both a pat on the back for being so good.

It’s not easy being age***, but I know you’re taking good care of yourself. Mrs. Claus wanted me to remind you how important it is to brush those pearly white teeth twice a day. Her friend, the Tooth Fairy, likes when your teeth are clean and white.

I see you took good care of your toys from last year. The elves are always glad to see that you enjoy what they’ve made for you. Everyone here at the North Pole really loves you.

I’ve tried on my new Santa suit. It fits great! Don’t tell Mrs. Claus, but I had the elves add a little extra room in the belly area. I just can’t get enough of her home-baked cookies!

Well, I’ll see you real soon. Make sure those *** eyes are closed when I arrive on Christmas Eve. You'll need your sleep to have enough energy to open presents on Christmas morning.

Letter 5:

Dear ***

Ho Ho Ho! Merry Christmas!

Everyone at the North Pole has been talking about you! My elves heard

that you’re doing well at school and on your best behaviour for your

parents, so they wanted to make sure your on my Christmas List.

I checked it once and then twice, and sure enough your name is on it!

So I have the great pleasure of presenting to you your official certificate of

accomplishment for exceptional behaviour for this year.

That means I’ll be stopping at your home on Christmas Eve!

All of us in my North Pole workshop have been hard at work getting ready for

Christmas Eve. Rudolph’s nose is shining bright as ever, so I know I won’t

have any trouble finding my way to your home!

I understand you’d like a new *** from me this year. I’ve talked about it with

the Chief Elf and he’s going to search the workshop to see if he can find it for you!

I look forward to stopping by on Christmas Eve to place it under your tree. In the

meantime, please be a good boy/girl***, be good for your parents and don’t forget to leave me a sweet treat on Christmas Eve.

Letter 6:

Dear ***,

I'm pleased to say it's that time of year again when I check my list to see who's been good this year, and whose name do you think was top of the good boy/girl*** list?.... Yours!! Well done indeed.

I'm going to make sure that you are top of my list when I'm delivering all of those lovely presents on Christmas Eve.

Goodness me, I see that you're *** years old already.. time certainly does fly here. Did you know that we're busy all year round here in the North Pole?

After all our hard work on Christmas Eve we like to have a little rest, but we soon have to get back to work preparing all of those lovely games and toys for next year!

Talking of which, one of my elves just told me that you've asked for a *** this year, well I'll certainly do my very best for you.

There's so much snow here at the moment we might have to get the elves to give the sleigh a little push to get us started...Ho Ho Ho!!

Well ***, it's time I got back to work. Make sure you're tucked up in bed and fast asleep when I come to visit on Christmas Eve and I'd be very grateful if you wouldn't mind leaving me a nice glass of milk and some scrumptious cookies to help me on my way.

Continue being a good boy/girl*** and I hope you have a wonderful time this Christmas!

Letter 7:

Dear ***,

Can you believe it's nearly Christmas? I hope you're as excited as I am, and I hear you've been a very good boy/girl*** this year - Well Done!! I'm going to make sure that you are at the top of my list when I'm delivering presents on Christmas Eve. I'll make suburb*** one of my first stops.

Mrs Claus and I think you have made some great achievements and I'm going to make sure you get a very special present this year, and I'm even going to wrap it myself! Talking of which, I hear you've asked for a ***, I'll do my very best for you.

The elves have been working so hard lately that I've decided to give them a day off. Most of them are outside right now throwing snowballs! Some are catching up on some sleep, in fact, I think I can hear them snoring right now! Ho Ho Ho!!

We had a very special birthday party for the Chief Elf last week, there were so many candles on his cake it took ten elves to blow them all out! Did you have a nice birthday this year? I hear you're now *** years old, I hope you managed to blow out all your candles!

The sleigh got a lovely polish yesterday and is now so shiny I can see my reflection in it! One of the questions lots of boys and girls ask is, how does the sleigh fly? Well, it's a little bit of Christmas magic that we have here in the North Pole.

Well ***, I still have lots of letters to write, but if you're a good boy/girl next year I'll make sure I write to you again, and before you go to bed on Christmas Eve, if you could leave out a carrot or two out for Rudolph, I'm sure he'd love that!

Letter 8:

Dear ***,

It's been a very busy day here in the North Pole, today we've been wrapping up lots and lots of presents ready to go on my sleigh. So many in fact that it nearly tipped over! Anyway, I thought I'd take a little break from all of that to write to a very special boy/girl... that's right, I'm talking about you!

I'm so pleased to hear how good you've been this year - you do deserve a place at the top of my Good List.

I did wonder what a wonderful boy now *** years old would like for Christmas this year, fortunately all of those Christmas wishes get here eventually, and I do believe that you'd like a *** this Christmas? Well, not long now to wait before you find out... how exciting!

I can't wait to come visit you in *** on Christmas Eve, all the boys and girls there usually leave me and Rudolph such lovely little treats to keep us going all night. Will you be leaving anything out for us this year? If so, I hope it's a mince pie... my favourite! Ho ho ho!!

It's been so hectic in the toy workshop, with so many new toys and games to make. The elves work so hard, but don't worry, they get plenty of time to rest and play too.

Anyway ***, I must get back to work, there's still plenty to do before we're ready to sprinkle all the reindeer with magic flying dust and take to the skies. Oh, and make sure you're tucked up in bed nice and early on Christmas Eve.

I hope you have a wonderful time this Christmas!

Newborn Letter:

Welcome to the world baby ***!

Hi there! It’s me Santa Claus! I’m the guy in the jolly red suit. I know your family is very happy to have you around this holiday and so am I. Up here at the North Pole, the reindeer and I are so excited to visit you on your very first Christmas. I’m also happy to finally get to meet such a wonderful little baby girl/boy*** with *** eyes.

Since this is your first Christmas on my list, I thought I should let you know I love milk and cookies as a snack. I bet your best friend *** already knows that about me. As you get older, you’ll get to know Rudolph, too. You’ll see just how bright his nose really glows!

Here at the North Pole, all the elves who work at the baby toy shop have been busy all year. They’ve been getting everything ready and putting the finishing touches on the toys for babies who are *** months old just like you.

Mrs. Claus and I were just talking about you and how proud we are of you for being such a good boy/girl*** this year! It’s amazing how fast you little ones grow up. We love playing peak-a-boo with babies your age. Before we know it, you’ll be big enough to go outside and make a snowman.

Last year I brought lots of toys to all the good kids in suburb***. This year I’ll be bringing some to you when I come on Christmas Eve. Once you little bundles of joy start crawling, we need to bring toys that will keep you out of trouble. Our elf, Lily, has a beautiful baby girl who just loves to play with our pots and pans. She really likes to play with them when Mrs. Claus turns on the radio. She loves playing to the music!

This Christmas will be an exciting time for you and your family, so be sure they take lots of pictures of you! Have a great 1st Christmas and I’ll see you real soon!

Letter 9: For a Sick Child:

Dear ***,

I hope you are feeling better today. I just wanted to let you know that you are not forgotten and that I know exactly where to find you no matter where you are, even if you are in a hospital or at home.

All the Elves are here dancing and clapping their hands. They are so happy because they are almost finished making all the toys and games for all the children everywhere around the world!

I have a special present just for you that I will bring to you on Christmas Eve. Mummy and Daddy wrote me a letter and told me it was what you wanted.

I will be heading out soon with the reindeer flying around the world, visiting all the homes and hospital rooms of all the boys and girls. So stay just as good as you can be. We are watching everyone, you see!

I want to let you know that you are very special to me and that I quite frequently visit my special looking glass room to see if you are feeling better – I wish you a speedy recovery.

I am sure the nurses or mummy and daddy will leave Rudolf and I a special treat on Christmas Eve when I come to visit you in *** to deliver your gift. Remember to have those *** eyes closed tightly as you rest your head on your pillow Christmas Eve and know that Santa loves you very much.

Dear ***,

Based on the intelligence I have gathered this year, it turns out that you have been a very naughty girl, but in the spirit of giving I'd like to offer you the opportunity to make it onto the nice list. Putting out milk and cookies for me and some carrots for the reindeer is a nice thing to do but it's just not going to pull you across the line this year. On the other hand, if I'm met with some special eggnog and an extended and creative interpretation of the mistletoe tradition when I come down your chimney this year your chances of making the nice list will be greatly improved. It would also be nice to get a massage since carrying my heavily-laden sack around makes my back a bit tired. Of course, if you're really keen to get on the nice list you could hold my sack for me and show me how you can suck the stripes off of my candy cane. That might even earn you some extra special toys to play with out of my sack ;).

Merry XXXmas,
